Vermont
Law Review is a journal of legal scholarship published by
Vermont Law School students in consultation with the faculty and
administration of Vermont Law School.
Vermont Law Review's main objectives are to present readers with timely, topical information concerning the legal profession and legal scholarship, and to afford Vermont Law Review members an educational experience which shall hone their skills in research, writing, legal analysis, and leadership.

- Member Reference: Members can find production calendars, as well as the current handbook and bylaws in the member reference section.
Publishing Policy: Authors retain the right to post their published article, in whole or in part, on the Social Sciences Research Network (SSRN) or another Internet or Intranet site over which the Author has effective control provided that the posted document or text identifies the Author, Vermont Law Review, the volume, the publication year and--as soon as it is available--the number of the first page. Pre-publication postings outside of the scope of this policy are discouraged but can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
